Where real estate, private equity, and innovation converge

Neman Capital is a family office and integrated investment platform operated by the Neman brothers — Brandon, Ryan, Daniel, and Jonathan. Spanning real estate development, private equity, and strategic investments, the platform creates ecosystem value where each division reinforces the others. Real estate developments support portfolio companies, operational expertise informs investment decisions, and strategic positions provide market intelligence across sectors.

Rooted in Los Angeles and guided by a shared belief in community-driven development, the Neman family brings together complementary expertise — from scaling Sweetgreen into a public company, to building CloudKitchens’ enterprise platform, to developing over $1 billion in real estate assets.
